How we work

The IT Strategy document will contain a summary of your current business processes and usage of IT. It will contain a detailed look at what the perfect IT solution would be for your business, and the steps required to get there. It will also provide a cost for us to do the work, and this maybe broken down into separate parts so you can choose to just implement a part of the strategy, or maybe you just want to do it a bit at a time. There is no obligation to use us to implement this strategy, the document could be used as a long-term aim, or you could take it elsewhere to be implemented by someone else.
